I have activated this lighthouse 2 times between 16th June 2005 and 21st June 2005

HOLBURN HEAD LIGHTHOUSE is situated on LITTLE HOLBURN HEAD, SCRABSTER on the west side of THURSO BAY,Pentland Firth. North coast of Scotland. Established1862, Engineers David and Thomas Stevenson, Structure,white tower 17 metres high, light discontinued August 2003. SCRABSTER is the FERRY port for sailings to STROMNESS, ORKNEY ISLANDS sailing time 2 hours. Some maps give the name of the light as holbOrn, but most lighthouse reference books give it as holbUrn, see photo.
