CHANONRY POINT lighthouse is located on the east coast of Scotland and is 1 mile / 1.5 Kms from the village of ROSEMARKIE and 15.8 miles / 25.4 Kms from the City of INVERNESS. The light was established 1846, Engineer Alan Stevenson, structure:white tower 13 metres high. The lighthouse has many visitors not only to see the lighthouse but to watch the harbour DOLPHINS only 10/20 metres off shore........The Camping and Caravan Club have a site within walking distance of the lighthouse and you will receive a very warm welcome from the site managers.
